KK Fine Foods Enters the Foodservice Rewards Coalition
KK Fine Foods has officially signed up as the third member to a major new reward scheme for the UK foodservice sector.
Foodservice Rewards is an exciting new loyalty programme developed in the USA for the hospitality industry, designed to reward customer loyalty when they purchase leading foodservice brands. This means that selected KK products will now feature special yellow bar-coded labels which, when entered into the Foodservice Rewards scheme website, earn caterers points.
These points can be accumulated and exchanged for a range of exciting prizes, similar to the schemes set up to earn points with supermarket customer loyalty schemes. An eclectic portfolio of foodservice products with some of the UK’s leading manufacturing brands will now take part in this scheme.
The Foodservice Rewards scheme offers 1,000 different prizes, and the more points a caterer collects, the bigger the prize he or she can earn. Over 250 prizes relate to catering equipment with other prizes such as digital cameras, TV’s, motor racing days and holidays to be earned. Rewards can also be earned to offer equipment specifically to schools and hospitals or team building activities.
This new scheme is a first for the UK foodservice industry and KK is certain that the scheme will strengthen customer relationships. Leyla Edwards, Managing Director of KK Fine Foods, believes that Foodservice Rewards will form an integral part of the company’s sales, marketing and customer service strategy.
