Our chefs have been working overtime to produce this range of handmade, premium fill pastries. As you would expect of KK our range consists of the finest meat and meat free dishes to suit all tastes and pallets.

We also use local British produce in many of our products in line with customer demands and trends.

The new savoury pastry range includes:

Lancashire Cheese and Apple Soufflé

Lancashire cheese, apple, red onion marmalade and thyme baked in puff pastry.

Goats Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

An oven-baked goats cheese and ricotta cheesecake topped with pan fried red onion and sweet peppers.

Cherry Tomato & Red Onion Tart

Cherry tomatoes, red onions sautéed in olive oil and garlic in a Mediterranean style sauce, encased in puff pastry, topped with mozzarella.

Brie and Broccoli Pithivier

A rich creamed Brie sauce with onions and broccoli florets, encased in a golden puff pastry.

Mushroom, Cranberry & Brie Wellington

Sautéed Mushrooms, cranberries and seasoned spinach with hazelnuts topped with Brie encased in puff pastry.

Salmon Wellington with Prawn, Rocket and Lemon Duxcelle

Pieces of salmon on a prawn, rocket and lemon stuffing, topped with a creamy lemon sauce, encased in a rich puff pastry.
